New kid on the block in Belleville is Christopher Bennet whose new
art/dance studio, called Art Works has just opened at 314 Pinnacle Street.
Christopher has been involved for the last twenty-five years in the
dance and art scene, but this is the first time he’s had a proper studio
for performance, art classes, and exhibitions.

Dance classes will specialize in the original forms of hip hop dance and
breakdance and will be offered to children and adults, providing opportunities for all.
You might well have seen a sample of Christopher’s artwork without even
realizing it …. that large mural in Front Street is one of his creations.
I think we can expect to see more from Chris as he brings his refreshing
brand of energy and vision to downtown Belleville.
